Conducting Good 5-Whys at TWI Summit

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to our RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

This is the third year that I am presenting at the TWI Summit.  While the last two years have been great…lots I learned…made new friends…this year is bound to be better.  We’re introducing our new J-programs.  That’s right, we developed two J-programs to update the TWI series.  The programs are Conducting a Good 5-Why (JY) and Leading Small Groups Using Quick and Easy Kaizen (JK).  My colleague, Rebecca Bettler, co-developer of the programs and the current instructor, will be presenting with me.

The programs are done in the standard form, five 2-hour sessions with lots of practice for the students.

Hope to see you there.  We’ll be posting the slideshow here and at the Lean Project website.  Please check back.

Five whys have been touted for years as a cornerstone of the Toyota Production System.  Now, we’re here to help you bring the practice to your organization.  We have some great resources for you.  We hope you find this site useful.
